Response to How to Get Free Stuff from a Timeshare Presentation
An Interesting Response
For those of you who have read my article on Getting Free Stuff from Timeshare Presentations, thank you for visiting my site and your support. I just wanted to share with you an email that I got in response.
I have just finished reading your advice on how to get things for free on a timeshare presentation. I must admit I was very surprised a fellow republican and especially a Christian would take part in any type of presentation knowing ahead of time you have no interest in the product or service. As a republican you probably agree time is money and as a Christian I know you believe stealing is a sin, so why would you lie to take a timeshare tour only to steal a commission salespersons time so that you may receive an ill gotten marketing gift from a major business that helps support a local economy and then encourage more people to do the same! You are a liar a thief and a disgrace to all things good.
Wow. I've always found Christian to be the most judgmental.
The reality is that when you go to malls and fairs and any public location, you'll see this car in the middle of the floorroom and they entice you with a chance to win this car. You also be enticed with offers of free trips, iPods and the like. All you have to do it sit through a presentation and you can pick up your gift.
So you go to this presentation and they lay it on pretty think trying to convince you that you're getting a good deal on your vacation dollars and with exchanges and what not. They then begin to ridicule you because you're now wasting your vacation dollars. Then they make you feel bad for not buying and then guilt you into taking the gift that they promised to you.
My job is to take the guilt away and get you out of the presentation with your gift and dignity intact. You're welcome.
